What I do

• Turn ambiguous business problems into governed enterprise AI capabilities that survive Legal, Compliance, IT, and real production use.
• Own AI strategy, roadmap, ROI, governed retrieval workflows, evaluation rubrics, and Generative AI governance under GxP / 21 CFR Part 11.
• Ship RAG, Agentic AI, MCP servers, and evaluation harnesses in Python and TypeScript.

Proof

• Built a live legal AI agent for an anonymous law practice with multi-matter document ingestion, grounded case Q&A, conversation and matter memory, retrieval evaluation, recovery controls, and backup operations.
• Built and used a working content automation stack spanning signal intake, research, scripts, storyboards, voice and visual assets, human approval, deterministic video rendering, publishing tools, and performance tracking. An anonymous client adaptation remains in progress.
• Owned enterprise GenAI and digital capabilities serving Global Medical Affairs, including governed retrieval workflows.
• Led Medical Affairs IT workstreams through a major acquisition integration across platforms, users, markets, and governance.
• Delivered broad operating efficiency through reusable Medical content and workflow capabilities.
• Generated $6.5M in advisory revenue and $31M in pipeline as co-lead of PwC's digital public health practice.
